Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) is a school district located in the northwest corner of Michigan's lower peninsula. While attending Traverse City West Senior Highschool, I had the opportunity to be employed for a year by the district to do sound events around the area, but primarily at my high-school. While employed there, I did many live sound gigs, including running many pep rallies, helping coordinate a school musical, and helping to run a massive annual madrigal dinner. It was an amazing experience to begin my love of sound, TCAPS did so many things to help foster and grow my professionalism in audio production, and I'd love to thank Russ Larimer for every opportunity offered to me.
